As long as you hold onto the hurt, the pain from the pass, it
will poison and contaminate your life. When you forgive you are not
excusing another's behavior, you are simply releasing the toxicity and poison
out of you. Forgiveness is not forgetting but rather a letting go so
that inner
peace can come
forward. It is all about letting it go if you want to feel free and ready
to move on. Yes it is difficult but you still don't have to stay stuck in
bitterness, resentment and unforgiveness. I believe it's time to be filled with all good things for all of us.
You don't have to get over that hurt and pain but you do need to
release it so it no longer has power over you because that is destructive,
poisonous and toxic.
It's time to release the impurities from your live if you decide
that it is time to heal your life. True inner peace can only be found if you are free of
guilt and negative things.
When you decide that it's time to release and let go, that is when you can transform your
life and experience the greatness that has been designed just for you.
If you are seeking joy, contentment and a wonderful sense of
inner peace, you need to let go of some of the negative clutter that is taking
up valuable space in you so you have plenty of room to let in the beauty of
life. Being offended is not harming someone else, it is harming you; being
angry is not harming another, it is poisoning you. As long as you hold
onto the negative emotions, they will contaminate your life. Clearly
someone may be at fault, however, your job is to release all the toxins and
negativity that is in you because that negative energy is sapping your energy
and stopping you from receiving all of your gifts and blessing. When you
release the toxins, you begin to heal and feel free to gain your
blessings. Maybe it's time to take inventory of what you are filling your life with
because if you make the room, God will begin to fill you with good things that
are actually waiting to be received by you. I don't know one person who will
choose pain over inner peace. Inner Peace is our goal! Each one of us are the one who need to make
room for the good to fill us if we are seek our highest and best in this life.
