Do you always feel as
though you need to prove your point or continue the argument because you feel
the need to win? I am here to tell you not to get lured
into silly arguments or situations that really don’t matter because you have
bigger and better things to do with your time and your life. Don’t waste time just to prove yourself
to other and don’t let others push you into saying or doing something that
doesn’t serve you. There will
always be people who will try to get you started in the wrong direction or who
want to get you angry or upset.
Small-minded people think in small and inconsequential ways; big-minded
people have a greater vision.
I encourage you to look
beyond the distractions that are placed in front of you. Your task is too important and you have
too much to accomplish if you want to be remembered for something of
value. Don’t pay attention to the
negative, instead, stay focused with your eyes and mind moving forward. We all face obstacles and have
struggles in life but it is how you respond to them that sets you apart from
the crowd. Do not look at your
difficult situations as if they are placed in front of you to cause you harm or
discouragement, instead look beyond them believing that your Creator has got
your back and has a plan for you.
Those who are jealous or
don’t have your insight will always fight you and ridicule your vision
especially when you are getting closest to your goal. Your job is to not get caught up in the fight but believe
that you have something special to offer – stay vigilant. For all those people who have a
dream---keep your course, be disciplined and know that you are about to see
your dreams come true because you are in it to win. Just know that every struggle that you have had has prepared
you for what is about to come.
Your challenges have given you the fuel to become stronger and more
determined. Your future is right
in front of you just waiting for you to catch up. Believe and feel your blessings are here to stay. Get
excited with fabulous anticipation and be filled with joy but most importantly
be in gratitude.
Avoid all negative people
and refuse to battle those who don’t see your vision or believe in your talents
because in the end, they do not matter.
What God started in your life, S/He will finish. I have seen and experience how God has
opened doors for me that I never believed was possible and I know S/He is doing
the same for you. “ It is
better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by
angels or by demons.”-- Buddha
