Stop doubting yourself

Do you continuously doubt yourself? Are you the worry wart who believes no matter what you do, you are doomed for failure? Allow me to offer a solid morsel of critical advice: If you believe you will fail, surely you will. It is a fact that the more you focus on weakness, chances are very likely that disappointment will happen exactly the way your mind and heart predicted it would.
Stop doubting yourself!
Now, let's take an alternative perspective. What if instead, you concentrated on all the things you can accomplish and do right when you put more trust in yourself and your inner talents? Perhaps all the dreams you desire may not be achieved at once, but even if you realize one dream at a time, this effort is worth its weight in gold. Yes, you can reach your goals, you can live the good life,  and you can be a changed and empowered person. But it takes trust in self. Transforming yourself into a self-confident and strong individual means commitment, determination and belief in yourself so you can make an empowered choice and stand by it. The more confident choices you make, the more you will begin seeing and attaining real success.
I know it is sometimes a challenge when the chips seemed stacked against you. You have been down this road before and the experiences you have had were not as rewarding as you had hoped. Maybe you invested time in a project, an individual, or an event that just did not pan out the way you thought it would. Truth is we have all been down this path once or twice. We have all exhausted money, time, effort and sweat equity into something our hearts truly desired and in the end, it was not what we thought it would be. Ultimately, you have the choice to either rehash hardships of the past or refocus on new and creative ideas for the present and future. Use your mind to discern which path you want to take. Your gut knows the right way to proceed, but you must remain vigilant in your confidence. Remember, only you control your feelings and behavior.

What if my choice isn't the right one? Well, that is the chance you must take. If you do not take chances in your life, you lose out on potential opportunities. There are so many open doors awaiting you but you must have the confidence and perseverance to endure the good with the bad. Your mindset affects the way you perceive and receive. The more willing you are to believe in yourself and the aptitude you have to deliver on results, the more you will begin enjoying the fruits of your labor. Instead of being so centered on the negative outcomes of your past, you can use your learned experiences to make your future happy and more prosperous.
When doubt tries creeping into your mind, say to it: "Doubt has no place in my life. I am in control of my present and my future." Not only is this statement critical in times of fear, the more you repeat this simple statement, the greater value and self-empowerment it will add to your life. Do not fall back into your old patterns of self doubt and worry. There is no time like the present time to reaffirm that you can do all things. Borrowing from the Serenity Prayer, I want to remind you of powerful words to live by:
"God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference."
The rest of your life is waiting for you - stop doubting and start doing!
