Let courage and strength be your New Years Resolution!

WOW!  What a great holiday I had with new and old friends visiting for the holidays.  There were 14 of us all together spending time going for long walks, playing games, and sitting around talking and laughing.  It was a time of just relaxing and enjoying one another. The Holidays are meant to bring forth laughter and joy to all of us but sometimes, that doesn’t happen for one reason or another.
As we come to the end of this year, I hope you will spend some time reflecting on what it is you were intending to create this year.  Maybe it was a better relationship with a family member or friend or even developing new friendships.  Did you accomplish it?  If not why and how can you shift gears in the coming year so you can experience that joy.

As I am sitting here excited for this New Year to unfold, the messages I am receiving loud and clear for all of us is to sit still and go within. Visualize your success or your desired outcome and begin to allow your imagination to create the scenes. So many people are spending time writing out their goals, and getting excited to take action; that is not a bad plan but  there is much more that is needed for your success or desires to manifest—honing in on the thoughts going on inside your mind are another vital ingredient.  You are the sum total of all your thoughts right this second.  Therefore, if your thoughts are not in alignment with what your goals are, you will be struggling up hill.

This New Year of 2014 should be about fun, momentum and succeeding.  It is truly a year of brilliant possibilities. I have had the opportunities to meet with several powerful people this past year and we are putting into motion, the story line that we want to manifest in the months to come.  The difference between those living the life they have dreamt about, as versus the life that they now have is their thoughts combined with their absolute knowingness that they own it on the inside.  There is no doubt or fear only acceptance.  It is believing—seeing and understanding that there is a powerful force within you that is working on your behalf and through your combined energy and efforts, your heart’s desires will become your reality.

As we are preparing to move into a New Year, I encourage you  not to waste any more time wanting for something to happen, instead utilize your time wisely and make every second count by creating an action plan.  Please take charge of your life and realize that you do not have to struggle or suffer.  Once you allow yourself to get into the flow, change will happen. There will be many that choose to stay with the status quo and many others who will take a leap of faith.  Which one will you choose?

Enjoy this New Year and see only opportunities coming to you.
