
Personal trust is an assured reliance on our own personal
character, abilities, strengths and powers along with all of our weaknesses
because that makes us who we are.
When we are challenged and feel compromised during our life journey, we
often doubt our own instinct and capabilities but believe me when I say, it is
important for your personal well-being to know who you are and all of your
character traits and then honor them and keep them in perspective.
Seek your comfort level, know your true self and honor who
you are and who you choose to become.
Explore all aspects of yourself and don’t shy away from even the
smallest or darkest secrets. They
all make up who you are. Trust
your feelings and know your heart; that is what we call your instinct and your
intuitive talents. They are vital
to your authentic self and will always guide your journey. If you are attempting to solve a
problem or make an important decision or choice and you are feeling uneasy or
even stressed or challenged, then maybe what you are choosing may not be right
for you.
Again, your heart knows. Trust it and follow its lead. Check out all options and then
choose wisely. If it feels good and right, then you are on the right track.
Soon you will begin to know the difference between what your heart wants and
what is not going to work for you.
The truth never lies. It
takes practice and time to understand the true meaning of your heart but once
you know its pulse and you feel comfortable with its rhythm, you will be on the
right path towards your inner peace and contentment. Practice saying to yourself daily: “ I trust in myself” and soon you will increase your
self-confidence and trust in who you are and the choices you make for your
health and well-being in life.
