When you are comfortable with both your strengths and
weaknesses, you radiate beautiful light energy that causes others to take
notice.
Self-acceptance, means total acceptance of all that
you are whether you are short or tall, thin or heavy, light hair or dark or no
hair at all. It is all about self
forgiveness. When you forgive
yourself and release all your guilty feelings and doubts about your talents and
capabilities, you stop judging yourself.
There is so much conflict in the world but that conflict is born our of
our own personal inner conflict. Isn’t it time to learn how to be comfortable
with all parts of you and your life?
Every time you feel down or have a negative thought, take
a step back and look at the bigger picture. You are made up of different parts; you have experienced a
younger age, a time of learning and growing and you have experienced various
emotions that have shaped your life up to this point. Our feelings that come and go are what enable us to act and
react as we make choices daily. In
truth, we are all pure potential, that is, we are ever evolving in our minds,
body and spirit. Instead of
constantly acting out or reacting to the world around you, learn to slow down your
energy field, become an observer of the world around you and begin to function
in a way that will best serve you and your greatest potential. Then you will be at least responding in
a responsible and positive manner.
Happiness can only exist in acceptance of who we
are and what we are doing. If you
are unhappy about yourself and your life, you are the only one who can change
it. The power is solely in your
court. Of course you can seek
support, guidance and encouragement but the final decision and direction
becomes your choice. Remember we all have Free Will and that in itself, is
empowering.
