What experiences are dominating your life?

Wisdom is knowing the right path to take...Our minds should not be running our lives yet they too often do. You are the master of your mind whether you know it or not.  We need our minds and we love our minds but in truth, our mind should be subservient to our heart and soul. Our heart and soul are those greater parts of us that enable us to fulfill our highest best.

We all come to earth for a divine reason and for those individuals who are awakening and become more intuitive and heart centered you have the opportunity to be a light worker. You can show the rest of us how to use our divine team to create a healthier and more meaningful existence.

There are so many earthly challenges occurring daily.  It is time to separate ourselves from these happenings and become more of the observer of them instead of the participant.  This is the time to keep your strength up and separate yourself from the traumas of the world.  When you are better prepared to connect with your spirit and inner wisdom, you will take back control of your mind and learn how to direct its attention towards all that which will improve your quality of life.  Our thoughts have power and that power can be used for your highest and best that is why it is necessary to harness this power and direct it where you want its energy to be used.  You have the power to use your mind to improve your vision for yourself and your life and further develop your vision to build a solid foundation in which you can live, work and play.

There is a strong powerful energy inside of you and it is time to nurture that power so you can be grounded and above the negativity that surrounds us daily.  These negative encounters, if allowed to dominate our lives, will hold us hostage and weaken our resolve to the point of complete submission and servitude.

new habit building imageIt takes discipline and new habit building skills to strengthen and heal your emotions and re-shape your mind.  The first time you try to do something, it seems to be difficult only because you haven’t done it before, but as you discipline yourself more, be more persistent and gain inner confidence, it will become easier because you are developing the habit of doing it.  I encourage you to live consciously, that is, with focus and deliberate attention to where you are placing your thoughts.  Just remember, your mind is a powerful tool---but it is only a tool not the end result.
