Do you believe in the power of God and that all things are possible Him? God is a big God. He is not vindictive, small minded or petty, rather God is a loving and compassionate God who wants to give you all the gifts that you were created to . It is yours and my job to be open to have the vision to see the bigger picture, have the faith that you are worthy and trust that there is something big and wonderful that is being prepared for you to receive. It is one thing to be presented with a gift but it is another for us to recognize the gift, be willing and able to receive it and then wise enough use that gift and opportunity. Wisdom and awareness are vital if you expect your blessings to be released in your life.
Too often we look at the blessings of others and feel
jealous or envious of their favor or good luck. That is a waste of energy.
There are stored up blessings waiting for you to receive them but you are the
one who must be ready to accept them with a loving and open heart. In other
words, you need to be prepared and that requires you to do your personal
internal work. When you are ready, your life will flow abundantly. That is why it is important to understand
that we (you and I) must be ready!
God created us to live an abundant life. I believe that and know that it is true. That is why I work diligently to improve my life, which also means to make sure I get healthier, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

So how can we become more in balance and harmony with God?
Here are a few suggestions that I believe will get you on
the right road towards living in balance and harmony.
1.
Don’t
be judgmental of others. Be happy for
others successes. Stay in peace knowing
that your blessings are stored up just for you and will be released to you in
the right time.
2.
Vow
to do something different today that will reduce your anxiety and stress. Those
feelings are signals that you are out of balance.
3.
Build
a healthier relationship with yourself and pay attention to the signs and
messages you are receiving. What really
matters to you and where are you placing your emphasis on a daily basis? To be in harmony means you must develop a
healthy balance between who you are and how you fit into the world around you.
4.
Become
aligned with what you absolutely need that will bring you a beautiful sense of
inner peace and joy. Be alert and aware
of when you are out of harmony and work on restoring alignment.
Each one of us has the ability to achieve balance and
harmony. It is our job to recognize what it is we need and then take the
appropriate action to fulfill that need.
When I feel over stressed and become impatient with everyone around me,
I recognize that is the time to de-compress my energy before it explodes and
causes great harm to my body, mind and spirit.
For me, meditation is a powerful tool that allows me to relax my nerves
and energy. I go to yoga weekly, I love to be in nature and flowers fill my
heart and soul with great joy. In other
words, I have found the antidote that works for me. Possibly painting or dancing will be your
antidote. Sailing in the quiet water
near where you live might be the perfect remedy. There is something that is waiting to be your
antidote as you explore ways to live in balance and harmony.
