The answers are inside of you?

know yourself imageSo often we are seeking after something that already exists.  The problem is that we have been looking in the wrong places for our inner peace, contentment and answers to our problems.  Our heart and soul are powerful reservoirs of great wisdom and knowledge, yet we somehow don’t believe in their power so we continually go outside of ourselves for answers to our inner most concerns.

I have discovered for myself that every time I have a conversation with my Higher Self and my heart, I am either saying  ‘yes’ or ‘no’.  I hear a message, a suggestion that when I respond with a ‘Yes’, I am moving in the right direction but when I say ‘No’, I falter and have a mis-step.  We often have the strongest hesitation to what is right for us. Sometimes what we need to do is emotional difficult and as a result we tend to avoid it at all cost.   It takes work and effort to be honest and truthful to your inner self.

The strangest thing happens when we willingly face ourselves; that is our truths, our doubts, fears and resentment—we actually find ourselves.  We come to realize where all those negative emotions come from and how that became so imbedded in our mind, body and spirit.  If we want to feel whole and complete, we need to tap into our innate power, the gifts from the Creator.  That requires becoming conscious of where we are placing our thoughts, seeing how our past has affected our present and them releasing all those old stories once and for all so that we can live a more whole and complete life and lifestyle.

Remind yourself often that you are a child of the Most High Creator, and therefore, you have every right to feel whole and complete.  Create a mantra and say it often to yourself:  “I am whole and complete because I am a child of the Most High God.”

Find out who you are right now and acknowledge the true essence of yourself.  You are better than you think!  Remember you are the most important person in your Universe.  It all begins with self-love, self-respect, self-worth.
