Train your mind to be inquisitive

thought balloon copyTrain your mind to be inquisitive, always searching, always seeking.  I believe that we as humans are naturally curious, always wondering why or how something goes together. I know that I am! I always ask questions and seek out someone who is smarter than I or at least has a greater knowledge about a particular topic that I want to know more about.  My inquisitive nature has helped me gain a better perspective on various fields of endeavor that intrigues me.

If you begin to plant the seeds of possibilities in your mind today, you just might, with time, learn how to grow a fabulous garden that produces abundant fruit. But in order for that visual scene to become your reality, you will need to prepare the soil, cultivate and nurture the seedlings in the garden of your mind and oversee its growth to make sure no predator comes and tries to cause havoc.

Your personal expansion and broadening of your horizons can only be accomplished through work and labor over your plan and vision. Then and only then will you begin to see and understand the rewards of your efforts.

At first it may seem a little bit overwhelming but as you maintain your focus and sustain the discipline needed to succeed, you will begin to see the fruits of your labor.  You will also be able to take a step back and see the power of your due diligence, your dedication and your determination.  Yes, the extreme rains, like  negative thoughts and people, may come and cause a setback, but they will not defeat you because you know you are made of strong stuff and no one can take that from you.

Remember that everything starts in the mind first.  Your job isn’t to force anything or make it happen.  It is more about aligning yourself up for the next couple of months or even a year so that when the perfect opportunity comes your way, you are prepared to take advantage of it.  Through your curious and inquisitive mind, you will be better prepared to grasp the right opportunity that just might come your way.

Each one of us needs to start out by building a solid foundation, without it, we will not succeed.  With it, we are unstoppable!
