You can heal your life!

I believe that most people want to be healthy, that is, physically, mentally, emotionally and/or spiritually yet they rarely explore the numerous options that are available to them to make it happen.  Like working at a job, it also takes effort to stay healthy and lead a life free from sickness and dis-ease.  Unfortunately, too many people are lazy when it comes to their physical health.  They don’t exercise sufficiently; they eat the wrong foods and fall into the addictive behavior caused by eating chemically processed foods.

We have become a society of quick fixes where people are looking externally to solve their problems rather than dealing with the situation straight on and discovering how to heal from the inside out.  It is so easy to get a quick fix.  Take an Aspirin or an Excedrin for an Excedrin headache.  The advertisements say, “ It gives instant relief.” Too many people are taking pills and experiencing the side effects, yet no pill in the world will give you the peace, harmony or contentment that most people are craving to enjoy.  There is no quick fix for those feelings.

Our hearts and soul feel our pain and hurt.  Our hurt, anger, worry, denial and doubt are all negative low-based energies.  When you experience those low-based energies, you set the ball in motion for your cells, organs, bones and immune system to pick up on your discomfort and they respond in kind.  In the beginning you may not absorb the pain but with time, it will begin to wear on you until your body responds with discomfort, dis-ease, pain and suffering.  As with all problems, your health is no different.  The problems seem to compound when you don’t get to the bottom of them.  How do you get to the bottom of a problem if you are not even aware that it exists?

The world in which we live has conditioned us to accept these negative feelings as natural and normal.  After all, doesn’t everyone have these feelings?  Many people are insecure with their lives and their relationships.  The news media and the talk shows harp on anger, resentment, fear, worry and negativity.  They name call, yell and over-react to other people’s opinions.  We gossip, complain and accuse; we abuse and are abused.  Is it any wonder that we are suffering and in pain?

So what are some ways to improve the quality of your life so you can heal your life and transform it at the same time?

Each one of us is born with a highly evolved intuition.  Your body knows how to heal itself and it is perfectly equipped to self-repair especially if we don’t wait too long.  I am not sure if most people realize that our pain or sickness did not materialize over night.  It is a process and it progresses over time.  So, too with our healing, to heal your life, you will need to designate time to help yourself with the process.

1.    Learn how to release and minimize your stress and tension.  Our bodies and nervous system was not meant to be on over load from negative thoughts, beliefs and feelings.  As long as you believe that your problems or situation is unmanageable and you will not be able to resolve it, you won’t!

2.    Your belief mechanism is vital for your success.  It has been proven by the medical community that the placebo effect works.  Numerous patients were given sugar pills and because the patient believed that they had a miracle drug, they were able to heal from their condition.

3.    Listen to your body; it will not stir you wrong.  No one knows your body better than you.  If you sense there is a problem, go within and see if you can get answers.  I have found that when I speak to my body, it responds and gives me guidance as to what I need to do.  Your intuition is your guiding voice, your gut feeling. For example, if you feel that a particular food is not healthy for you, don’t eat it!  I am fussy about the food placed in front of me and I have no problem expressing my self.  After all, my body is my temple and I want to love and treat it with respect.  I want to live a long life but only in good health so I have chosen to work at keeping my body and mind young, active and healthy; in that way, I am also transforming my life for the better.

4.    Most of the time, it is our blocked emotions that are the root cause of our discomfort or sickness.  When you are willing to discover and uncover the root cause, your results will begin to improve.

In order to heal your life, you must be focused, determined and dedicated to working at the process.  Yes, it takes work and Yes, it takes time.  Unlike a quick fix when you try to heal your life, you must be patient and diligent.  But the end result is far better than any drug that you can ingest. You are not only healing your life, you are  transforming your life   at the same time.
