The path from ordinary to
extraordinary is discovered when an individual is alert and willing to move
away from mediocrity and move towards the road of excellence. Being the best that you can be in all
areas of your life is the ideal goal and it is attainable when we believe that
it is not only possible but also truth.
We are the ones who put the
programs in our minds that either moves us towards excellence or something less
than. Our conscious mind is
creative and generates positive thoughts. The
mind functions around our belief system.
If your belief is distorted, it can kill you. The three things that can create a physical distortion to
the body are trauma, toxins and thoughts.
When you change your perception, you change your read out which triggers
your behavior; therefore, perception controls behavior.
Many people act as though we live in a world of lack but the
truth is, we live in a world of plenty.
There is more of everything all around us but if we limit our beliefs
and thinking we actually put on blinders that filter out the abundance that is
right in front of us.
It is our duty and our
responsibility to expand our sense of purpose, which in turn will expand our
opportunities. Now is the time to
start feeling rich-- rich in good health, wisdom, love and a successful career.
If you were in a room of 500 people and were asked to raise your hand if you
are rich, what would you do?
Remember it is your perception that will dictate your outcome. We can lead an extraordinary life if
and when we feel abundantly full of all that we need.
How do you measure your
life? Is it extraordinary because
you have a successful job or can it also be extraordinary because you have been
blessed to share your knowledge and wisdom with others who are also
benefiting? Do you feel that your
life has been extraordinary because you have been blessed to share your passion
and talents with others? A man is rich when he believes that he already possess
all that he needs to make him happy.
It is really quite simple
to enjoy an extraordinary life but it all begins with you.
I have said it before and I
will mention it again now.
You get to decide what kind
of life you want to experience. Is
it laughter and joy or sadness and pain?
When you change your attitude and behavior your life will change.
Do you want to live a life
of high drama or easy-going flexibility—when you change your attitude and
behavior that will change.
Do you want a life of
greater spirituality and deeper love—when you seek it, it will find you.
Do you crave a nurturing
family life filled with caring and sharing—lead by example.
The difference between
living an ordinary life and experiencing an extraordinary life is wrapped up in
five little letters [extra]. Maybe it is time for you to go the
extra distance so that you, too, can enjoy an extraordinary lifestyle. What do you think?
