Your words can either make
or break you. They can motivate
you or discourage. They have the
power to stimulate, encourage and even praise you but at the same time they can
destroy, belittle and even shame you into action or contention—for with
contention there is no need to take action.
Are you conscious of the
words that you speak? Do you allow
your words to properly guide and enlighten your life and the lives of those you
encounter or do you deliberately use your words to sting and insult?
When we consciously choose
our words to inspire, encourage and support, we have the power to change our
world and the world of those around us.
Think about it for a
moment—your words can create a spell on the person that the words are directed
towards. It is worth saying that part of expressing ourselves in a clear way is
our ability to choose to use the words that most clearly express the truth of
how we are feeling and the message we wish to convey.
Let me take this thought a
little further. Do you know what
happens when you string words together to express a thought? You create a sentence. The words that we string together in a
sentence are so powerful that they actually “sentence” you or the person that you have directed your words
towards in a positive or negative fashion. Therefore, If what you are saying
is “not” what you want to live out, it would be worth your
time to restate your feelings and sentence yourself to a life of joy.
Too often, I have spoken to
people who actually sentence themselves to pain, despair or some other negative
emotions because of the way they perceive their lives and that is a shame. I invite you to become more conscious
of the way you choose to use your words and begin to express yourself in a
manner that is rewarding and beneficial to your overall wellbeing.
In life clarity is the
magnet that attracts the results.
It sound so simple and easy to do yet most of us fail to understand that
the real power of our words is unveiled for the most part without our conscious
consent.
Therefore my message to you
this day is to always:
1. Be conscious of how you use your words.
2. Get resourceful and listen to God’s
guidance through the power of your
intuition
3. Take inspired action towards yourself
and others
4. Allow your words to nurture and enrich
your life and the lives of others
When we take right action
from resourcefulness, which is from your heart space, you actually vibrate with
clarity and purpose. That is when
you know that you are in perfect alignment with Creator.
We do not need to add to
our pain or any one else’s pain by using words that injure. Well chosen words can offer hope,
create vision, impact thinking and alter results. Learn to harness your word power to work for you not against
you. Our ability to communicate is
vital to our success and I ask you to never forget—your words have the power to
transform the world.
