The
more I add worry and doubt to the mix, the more I am diluting my mix until it
is watered down and becomes ineffective.
To my surprise, I did not think I was worrying. Through my meditation, I actually saw
how I was sabotaging my end result and that was transformational for me.
Each
one of us has the tendency to stop our forward movement because of our thoughts
and/or words. We may not mean to
do so, but it happens nonetheless.
That is why I am suggesting to you to stop long enough and thing or
meditate deeply so as to receive a greater understanding as to how your
behavior is either helping you or hurting you. Only by taking a conscious insightful approach into your thoughts,
will you be able to see clearly how you are setting yourself up for success or
disappointment.

l have the opportunity to create a new
way of thinking as you create new patterns and habits. Rome wasn’t built in a day; so do not
be hard on yourself if you slip.
It happens to the best of us; however, stay vigilant, conscious and
fully alert as to where you are placing your thoughts and for the words that
are coming out of your mouth. I
hope that is helpful!
“Words
are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force
constructively with words of encouragement or destructively using words of
despair. Words have energy and
power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt to harm, to
humiliate and to humble.” – Yehuda Berg
