God’s ways are
not our ways; His ways are better.
He can see the big picture for our lives and he has the better approach,
that is why we need to release control and let God show us the best for our
life. If you think you have to
have this promotion, or a relationship to be happy, then you are only going to get frustrated, angry and
probably disappointed. When that
happens we feel as though even God is against us but I am here to tell you
that sometimes we can not control
our outcome. We should release
control and say: “God show me the way and I will follow your lead.”
When life throws you a curb ball, that is the perfect
moment to tell God that you Trust Him and then show him that you still can be
happy in the present moment.
During your challenging time, it is the perfect time to prove that you
can continue to walk around with a smile on your face and a hop in your
step. Your life is not ended it is
simply given a detour. That is the
time to surrender to God’s will and release the outcome and follow the clues
that He is showing you.
There are numerous verses in the Book of Psalms that
relates to this very topic. Gain
courage and strength from them because there were written by King Solomon to
help us during our difficulties. Psalm
37:5 “ Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in Him and He shall direct your way and bring this to pass.”
God wants us to cast our burdens on Him and let Him do the
work and show us the right path to follow; but that doesn’t mean that we are to sit down and do
nothing. We all need to do our
part but when we have done our best and been diligent, we then need to relax
and enjoy life right where we are.
God has you in the palm of His hand so release control and TRUST God. That is when you will see new doors open, new friendships
spring forth and new opportunities will coming to pass.
Only
God can bring the sunshine. We need to plant the seeds, to
water them and cultivate the soil, but when you have completed your task, then
you need to cast your cares on the
Lord and know that the problems, the situation is in His hands. Release control.
There are certain things in our lives that we cannot
control, for example, the weather or even a traffic jam but we certainly can
control our attitude, our behavior and the environment in which we dwell. With God’s help, nothing is Impossible!
This is the time to grow in wisdom and knowledge that if you are to fulfill
your destiny according to plan that has been designed by your Creator, you are
going to need to let go and let God.
