When one door closes—another door opens.

As much as we want our family and friends to rescue us when times get tough, no one else is going to help you but yourself.  Too many people think that the government or our local community is going to rescue them from their life’s challenges, but our institutions can’t save us.  We, You and I need to be the one who knows and understands how to get out of our own way of feeling sorry for ourselves or blaming everyone else for our troubles and begin to dig deep within our hearts and soul to find the solution.  In truth, your Authentic Self knows the answer!

avoid conflicts imageDuring these challenging times, where more often than not, chaos seems to prevail, it is imperative to take a step back and observe the situation placed in front of you, before you leap into action.  We, too often, tend to make comments or take sides in a situation before we know all the facts.  We also tend to act and react without real cause thus creating, too often, worse states then before.

When chaos and challenging events or environments tend to cause even greater confusion and discomfort, that is the time to take a step back and simply observe—do not participate in adding even more confusion.  Don’t get involved in all the conflicts that surround you. That will not solve anything. 

This is the time to slow down your energy field and re-group your thinking, your mind set and your strong emotional feelings that can, if not, disciplined, destroy you, your future and quite possibly your family.

You have a problem…we have a solution!  Maybe you need to tackle your problems straight on and be honest and realistic with yourself because if you are not you are only deceiving you.  I am running a wonderful and informational one night tele-class program on June 29, 2015 and I Invite you to join me. 

During this evening program, I will help you get prepared:

1.  Learn to center and ground your energy so you are  less susceptible to getting caught up in the drama of life.

2.  I will be discussing methods or techniques to help you gain balance and clarity in what you need to pay attention to in order to maintain a healthy mind and heart, both physically and emotionally. 

3.  Seek greater awareness of the tools available to you will help empower yourself as you prepare to release some of the anger and troublesome emotions that burden you day to day, whether they be physical, emotional or spiritual. 

    4.  Become conscious of how to unplug from everyday stress
         without feeling guilty or angry and create a safety valve to
         to help you recognize the pitfalls before they take you out 
         and send you into a state of feeling useless and out of
         control.

     5. Be prepared to speak with me—Get your questions that you
         are struggling with answered.
