They say
that value is in the eyes of the beholder!
Where do you place your value? It
is based on what others say about you or do you set the tone for your
worth?
When I
was quite young, I lived in great fear.
Fear of not being smart enough, fear of not fitting in, fear that my
thoughts and taste were to unique for even my own family. As a result, I didn’t truly enjoy my
childhood because I was too focused on what others thought about me. At that
time, I only felt misunderstood and inadequate.
But as I grow older and my life took on many twists and turns, I started
to become stronger and wiser. I took
back my power and began to enjoy who I had become. I was feeling happy and content because I
began to put me in the equation of what is important in my life.
I tell you this because if any of you have ever felt
that way, I want you to know that it is never too late to take back your power
and develop the courage and strength to become all that you know in the depths
ofyour soul that you are capable of being
