Could
you imagine where people would be if hope didn’t exist? That’s a valuable and
priceless commodity. Many people today have allowed themselves to sink into
depression and loneliness. I realize that you can’t build a life on “hope” alone. Part of this is true – you can’t
build anything on just hope, but it’s
a good start to a solid foundation. Hoping for something to happen, and then
actively pursuing your hope is the ideal way to achieve greatness. All successful people started out hoping to
achieve something great. They didn’t just preach hope, they demonstrated their
ability to build and achieve the leadership role they aspired to by speaking
with other dynamic personalities, and tirelessly pursuing their dream. There
weren’t many days in the year where these empowered and disciplined individuals
simply stopped dreaming their dream because they didn’t believe they could do
it. They used their strategic vision to jump into and implement action. With
momentum and speed they inspired others to move to action. No successful person is a deity, nor is he/she
a super hero, they are, however, people with a vision, a plan and a burning
desire. They refuse to dilute their
dream or energy because they understand the consequences.
It
doesn’t matter if you encounter criticism or ridicule, you must always remain
focused and allow your sense of hope and trust to lead the way. With positive
thinking, positive responsiveness and positive creativity, anything is
possible.
That
is how every one of us can achieve greatness and create an extraordinary
lifestyle. You don’t have to be a multi-millionaire, an inventor or scientist
but you can own your own company or be a successful parent. You don’t have to
run a dating company, but you can find lasting love. You don’t have to climb
Mount Everest to let the world know that you are special, you just are. You are
a gift to the world, and when you realize that you can have a happy and
fulfilling life, you will take the steps to make it happen. Wouldn’t it be wonderful
if you became the gift that keeps on giving?
Take your wishful thinking, your hopes and dreams and build a fire under
them. Create the life that you are
seeking and soon it will be the life that serves you well.
