It’s time to come to a place of inner peace

In truth, I have found that in our lives what we worry about never comes to pass.  Our ego minds place in our heads fear and worry simply to occupy our lives.  They are needless and unworthy of our attention.  Sometimes we are anticipating a problem that may never happen; don't waste your time and ruin your health because of your worries.  God has given each one of us sufficient grace to move forward without fear and worry. It's time to seek out inner peace! In truth, what we ideally need to do is be strong, maintain an open heart and mind to see the bigger picture and when we add in common sense to that picture, our lives often become easier to handle and live.  Everything in life is about cause and effect so why not choose to create a life of inner peace and allow that state to dictate your world.

We need to lighten our load by starting each day in peace not worry.  Seek out the beauty of life.  Expect to see a beautiful sunrise, listen for the cheery songs of the birds and breathe in the fresh air with a calming sigh that says: "My life is going to be peaceful and wonderful today!"

Why worry about something that hasn't happened or that you have no control over.  At some point, I believe we need to turn our troubles over to God and trust that He will find the right outcome and/or pathways for us to take.  When we over worry and live in fear, all we do is weaken our immune system.  I cherish the thought of living my life in a state of good health and I find that point extremely valuable that is why I need my positive energy and a healthy immune system to be foremost imprinted in my mind.  I have come to realize that when I trust in my God and believe that all good will come to pass, my life becomes full of inner peace and calm.  Living my life that way is what I seek daily because I know it will lead me towards a healthier lifestyle.I choose to maintain a healthy body, mind and spirit and that is why I work on where I place my thoughts and focus daily.  I hope I was able to give you some food for thought and reflect on what brings you an improve sense of inner peace!   It's time - don't you think!
