Time to develop a new perspective for your life.

Your life took a turn for the worse. Business deals fell through.  A relationship ended, you had a health scare and felt totally helpless and afraid.  These kinds of experiences hit most of us at one time or another in life.  While they may be sudden to you, It is probably not sudden for your life.  I have a friend who planned a long trip of three exciting weeks to spend time with family, friends and others in between.  She started out expecting everything to fall into place the way she wanted because she likes to control her life.  Everything went well until she started her return trip back home.  She drove long hours in the car without stopping and her body started to screamed out in pain but still, she refused to pay attention.  Two days after she arrived home, she started to get back in the groove of her daily routine when all of a sudden her back went out.  Pain that was piercing and frightening over took her and she ended up in the hospital with a pinched nerve.  She is still recuperating and I believe it will take several months, but  everyday she still tries to test herself to see how far she can push her limit. She refused to use basic common sense and instead is looking for a quick fix.  In other words, she wants to be healed with no discomfort immediately.

My speaking to her has not been effective.  Her strong mind is telling her not to listen to anyone but herself.  I believe that she is getting a wake up call from the Creator to slow down and review her approach to life. It is all about God’s plan to get you to where He wants you to be.  If God is trying to get our attention, He will do what ever it takes to get us to listen.

Don’t get discouraged or angry—instead make every attempt to understand the situation you are going through and be willing to learn from it.   God often uses the negative situations of our lives to get us stirred up and possibly on a new and different course.  You see it is often adversity that becomes our wake up call.

Maybe it is time for you to develop a new perspective right now for your life.  God is preparing you to receive and move into all of your Blessings but if you, like my friend,  refuse to follow the clues and pay attention, He will definitely try a different approach.  Don’t complain about your life’s situations, about all those who are against  you and who are trying to push you down and who are working against you.  God uses all of our circumstances for our advantage.  It gives us the fuel  and the energy that propels us in a new direction.  God sees the bigger picture and He has only one goal for us—to make us stronger, better and moving in the direction of our destiny.  He definitely wants us to become all that we are meant to be.

Stop fighting battles that don’t matter.  We are frequently feeling as though we are put under pressure but don’t misinterpret that restriction---It is meant to bring out the sparkle and brilliance that is hiding in side of you.  You may be feeling uncomfortable at this time, but in the end, you will shine brighter as you move into the fullness of your destiny.  I have found in my life, that when I listen to my body and my inner knowing, I am far better prepared to find the right rhythm that I need to perform at in order to life a more fulfilling life.

Sometime God puts our enemies and difficulties in your way because he wants to stir us up and get us to become more imaginative and creative. In a way, it is actually a  blessing to you; that is why you need to develop a new perspective for your life—change your attitude and start seeing the bigger picture and listen to the messages that are being presented to you.
